What you get

Two website packages and two care plans. This page lists what is actually delivered in each, so you can judge the fit before you talk to us.

Build

Two packages

Both are fixed-scope and delivered in about four weeks. The second contains the first.

Foundation

Up to seven pages, compliance layer, first-party lead capture.

  • Up to seven pages, built on Payload: a modern open-source framework, not a page builder. You own the code and the content.
  • Blog and archive structure set up and ready to publish, even if you start without a single post.
  • Consent gate: nothing non-essential loads before opt-in, with an auditable consent log.
  • Privacy and cookie policy seeded to your actual regime, naming the right controller and a real contact.
  • A working data-rights route: request form, verified handling, plus a privacy mailbox.
  • SEO and GEO baseline: correct schema and entity, social tags, clean headings, sitemap.
  • First-party lead capture straight into your CRM.
  • Usable photography from your current site carried over, and AI-generated imagery where it helps: both included. Licensed stock photography only if you ask for it, billed at cost.
  • Hosted in Germany, in data centres certified to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We run it, so extensions, permissions and updates are ours to answer for rather than yours to chase.
  • One content round and two revisions.
  • Deployed on our managed infrastructure in Germany, with an admin you can edit yourself and a handover document. Deployment onto your own systems is possible on request, against requirements agreed in writing.
  • A live dashboard on our own infrastructure, tenant-separated: speed, uptime, indexed pages, search impressions, visitors, enquiries by source and your consent rate. Baseline measured before we change anything, so the effect is visible rather than claimed.

Authority

Up to ten pages plus insights blog with three articles, full compliance layer, content migrated.

  • Everything in the entry package, plus the following.
  • Up to ten pages plus a full insights blog, not just the structure.
  • Three blog articles written, designed and published, so the blog goes live with content rather than a placeholder.
  • Your existing articles migrated, with every redirect mapped before anything goes live.
  • One pillar guide, written for authority rather than volume.
  • AI-search foundation: AI-crawler policy, a real llms.txt entity brief, and copy written to be citable.
  • Full compliance layer: consent gate, PDPL privacy and cookie policies, data-rights flow, privacy mailbox, documented data map.
  • Three revisions.
  • A live dashboard on our own infrastructure, tenant-separated: speed, uptime, indexed pages, search impressions, visitors, enquiries by source and your consent rate. Baseline measured before we change anything, so the effect is visible rather than claimed.

Keep

Care plans

Every build gets one. A site that is compliant on the day it ships does not stay compliant on its own.

Care Essentials

  • Hosting on certified infrastructure in Germany (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, ISO 14001), with uptime monitoring.
  • Backups, with a restore that is actually tested rather than assumed.
  • Security and dependency updates, and Core Web Vitals watched rather than assumed.
  • Consent and policies kept current as the PDPL executive regulations issue. A compliant site cannot go stale, so this sits in the floor tier and not above it.
  • A one-page monthly report.

Care Extended

  • Everything in Care Essentials, plus the following.
  • Content edits: text, images and page changes, within a fair monthly allowance.
  • A quarterly compliance re-check, with the result in writing.
  • Priority response and a named contact.

Why there are no prices on this page

Because we do not know them yet. What a site costs depends on what is already there: how many pages carry over, what the current consent setup does, whether articles need migrating and redirecting. We measure that in the screening first, then quote a fixed price against the finding.

A range here would be a guess dressed as a number, and every later deviation from it would need explaining. The scope above is the part we can commit to before we have looked.

Where it runs

In Germany, on infrastructure certified to the standards below. We are not the certificate holder, our hosting partner is, and you can see the certificate.

  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 27701
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001

The next step is a screening, not a quote

We look at your current site against the PDPL and against what a buyer can check in four minutes, and you get the finding in writing. The proposal follows from it.
