Awareness × Performance: one system behind a coaching practice
Jakob Trobollowitsch mentors competitive golfers, from club players to college athletes, on the mental side of the game. His old site looked right, but every change went through a developer, and nothing connected it to the way he works with clients. We rebuilt it as one system with three layers.
Dubai · Website, client operations and content engine · live since September 2026
Three layers, one system
Each layer stands on its own. Together they are why the site, the client work and the content stop being three separate jobs.
PDPL by design
Visitors are tracked only after they agree, and their data rights have a route.
DealOps
Applications, clients, programmes and sessions in one CRM, files in one place.
Built for Jakob
His own knowledge base, his own AI skills, and content in his own voice.
In rollout marks parts we are building now. Everything else is live.
Layer 1
PDPL by design: nothing runs before the visitor agrees
No tracking before consentMeasured on the live site: before a visitor chooses, the page sends no request to any third party and sets no cookie at all.
Analytics on our own serverAfter opt-in, visits are counted with Matomo on our infrastructure, not with a third-party tracker.
Every choice is recordedConsent decisions are written to a consent log that the site keeps by itself, so a decision can be shown later.
Embedded video only on requestThe testimonial video comes from YouTube and loads only after the visitor agrees, with a plain note that playing it sends data to Google.
Policies that name the real servicesThe privacy and cookie policies list the services involved, not a generic template.
A route for data rightsVisitors can ask what is stored about them through a dedicated form with email verification. In rollout verified end-to-end handling with deadline tracking.
We build the technical layer and the evidence. The legal assessment stays with the client’s counsel.

Layer 2
DealOps: from first contact to the session record
- Application formstep by step
- Lead in Jakob’s CRMin rollout
- Client recordprogrammes, quota, deals
- Session memovia Claude skill
- WorkDrive folderper client
Dashed: in rollout. Read left to right.
Applications that don’t get lostA step-by-step application form whose questions are content, not code; every application is stored in the site itself. In rollout each application lands directly in Jakob’s Zoho CRM as a lead.
One record per clientJakob’s own Zoho CRM holds each player’s programmes with their remaining sessions, open deals, the full session history and the self-assessments.
After the call, the paperwork writes itselfA Claude skill turns the call summary into the memo the client receives, logs the session against the programme in the CRM and files the memo in the client’s folder. Internal observations stay internal; only what belongs to the client goes into the memo.
A fixed place for every fileClient folders in WorkDrive follow one structure, created through a filing skill.
A lead magnet that deliversThe Performance Code, a six-page guide, is sent the moment a visitor signs up.In rollout a follow-up sequence in Zoho Campaigns.

Layer 3
Built for Jakob: his knowledge, his skills, his voice
His own knowledge baseA private vault holds his brand, programmes, method, marketing and client notes, connected to Claude through his own access.
Five skills made for his practiceSession memos, client filing, branded documents, marketing content and replies to enquiries, each working from what is in his vault.
Content in his voiceBlog articles are drafted from his positioning, pillars and vocabulary, and nothing goes live until he approves it.In rollout pillar and detail pages chosen from live keyword data and linked to each other.
A site he runs himselfPages, articles, navigation and contact details are edited in an admin, without a developer. Every address from the old site still works.
Readable by search engines and AI assistantsSitemap, an llms.txt overview and structured data describing the practice, the person and the site.
AccessibleEight key pages pass automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks with no findings, measured in October 2026.

How it runs now
Jakob changes his own site and works with clients through his CRM and his skills. We write his blog articles in his voice; they arrive as drafts for his review. Hosting, updates and tested backups run on our side under a care plan.
“What surprised me most is how much easier content has become. The drafts already understand me, my work and my clients, so I spend my time on the substance instead of starting from a blank page.”
