Websites that win UAE clients' trust, and the operations behind them.
Orentara builds the website for your UAE company and the route behind it: every enquiry captured in your CRM and followed up. Data protection is built in as standard, not sold as a surcharge.
- Compliance is standard here. Not a surcharge.
- TLS, SPF, DMARC, security headers. Measured, not assumed.
- No third-party trackers. Analytics runs on our own server.
- A website is the door. The work starts where the enquiry lands.
- Enquiry, CRM, follow-up. One route instead of four tools.
- Build it now, and build it once.
Why it matters
Buyers check your website before they call. So does the law.
Our view: credibility is a business asset. A templated site tells the clients you want something you did not mean to say.
In our July 2026 sample of 55 UAE small-business homepages, 41 ran an analytics or marketing tracker before the visitor agreed to anything, and 48 had no consent mechanism at all.
The UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) governs forms, analytics and cookies. Built in from the start, compliance is simply how the site works, not a phase at the end.
See it work
What the free screening actually does.
Twenty-four seconds, no sound, and nothing loads until you press play. The eight measures and four bands in the film are the ones the screening applies, not an illustration of them.
Read it instead
The screening takes one input: your address. No access, no login and no code on your site. Everything is read from the outside, the way a visitor or a regulator would see it.
Six areas are read in one pass: PDPL readiness, search and AI, technology and security, design and experience, marketing and conversion, and brand and positioning.
Those become eight weighted measures adding up to 100 points. PDPL, consent and data protection carries the most at 18, then SEO foundation at 16, AI and agentic search at 15, design and experience at 13, brand and positioning at 12, marketing and conversion at 11, security and mail integrity at 8, and speed and page weight at 7.
The result lands in one of four bands: critical gaps up to 35, work needed up to 55, a solid base with room to gain up to 75, and already well positioned above that. Every point is traced to a finding you can check yourself, with the evidence next to it. It is not a grade. It is a list of what is wrong and what it would take to fix.
The screening costs nothing, and it is yours either way.

FAQ
Common questions
Does my UAE website need to comply with the PDPL?
If your site collects any personal data (a contact form, analytics, cookies), the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies. In practice that covers almost every business website.
What makes a website 'privacy-compliant by design'?
Consent, data handling and retention are built into how the site works from the first line, not bolted on with a banner later. Every form field, tracker and third-party embed is a deliberate, documented decision.
How long does a compliant website take to build?
Most projects ship in a few weeks, depending on scope. Because compliance is part of the build rather than a retrofit, it doesn't add a separate phase at the end.
Do you also run the operations behind the site?
Yes, that's our DealOps offering. The same boutique can design and run the deal, customer and back-office processes behind your site on Zoho and n8n, so inquiries are captured and followed up automatically.
Where is our data stored?
On infrastructure we run ourselves: by default in certified data centres in Germany, and on request in a UAE data centre where sector rules or a contract require the data to stay in the country. We document where each category of personal data lives, so a transfer or an audit is answerable.
Is this legal advice?
No. We build the technical layer and hand you artefacts a lawyer can review: a documented data map, an auditable consent log, and policies written to your actual regime. The legal assessment stays with your counsel.
