CRM implementation cost in the UAE: what you pay for, and why.
Licences are the visible part. Process design, data migration, integrations and training decide most of the number. Here are the ranges UAE providers publish, with sources, and what moves a quote up or down.
Why quotes differ
A CRM quote is two prices: the licence, and the work to make it fit.
The licence is charged per user and month. It is the easy part to compare.
The work is process mapping, configuration, migration, integrations and training. It decides whether the team actually uses the system, and it is where quotes differ most.
A low setup price often means one pipeline and a web form. Ask what is excluded before you compare numbers.
Market ranges, 2025 and 2026
What UAE providers publish for a CRM implementation.
Published by UAE CRM implementers on their own sites. They show what is asked, not what is paid, and the providers sell this work themselves. Use them to sense-check a quote, not to set a budget.

What moves the number
The add-ons that turn a light setup into a working one.
Line items from the same Skimbox guide. Most real projects need several of them, which is why the light setup price is rarely the final one.

DealOps, not just a CRM
What a DealOps setup adds on top of the CRM.
Rules for how a deal moves: approvals, discounts, who signs off, and what happens when a step stalls.
Documents and their versions attached to the deal, not to someone’s inbox.
The handover from a won deal to invoicing and delivery, so nothing is typed twice. This is the workflow line in the table above, and it is often the largest one.
Website, CRM and follow-up
Connecting website, CRM and follow-up: how the cost adds up.
An operations platform is not one line item. It is the website, the CRM, the connections between them and the follow-up that runs on its own. Using the published ranges above: a light CRM setup, one or two integrations and, if you need it, WhatsApp, plus licences. The website itself comes on top and has its own cost guide.
Website
Forms and bookings built to write into the CRM, with their source.
CRM setup
Pipelines, fields and rules, from a light setup upwards.
Connections
Each system the CRM talks to, priced per integration.
Follow-up
Sequences, reminders and WhatsApp messages that start without someone remembering.
Care after launch
Workflows running in your systems need monitoring, or they stop without telling anyone.
How we arrive at a number
Diagnosis first, then a scope, then a price for that scope.
We start with the DealOps audit: a short diagnosis of your lead, deal and document flow. If you start a build within six weeks, the audit fee is credited against it.
From the audit comes a written scope and a price for that scope, agreed before any work starts. No open-ended hourly billing.
Workflows that run in your systems are looked after under a care plan, because an automation nobody monitors fails silently.
FAQ
CRM and DealOps cost in the UAE, answered honestly
How much does a CRM implementation cost in the UAE?
UAE providers publish about AED 3,500 to 9,000 for a light Zoho setup with one pipeline, about AED 12,000 for a Zoho setup with two pipelines, ten staff and WhatsApp, AED 8,000 to 30,000 for HubSpot Professional with marketing automation, and from AED 25,000 for Salesforce (Skimbox, April 2026). Licences come on top, per user and month.
What does a DealOps or revenue operations setup cost?
More than a plain CRM, because it adds approval rules, document handling and the handover to finance. Skimbox publishes AED 6,000 to 25,000 for sales workflows with approvals and SLAs alone, on top of the CRM setup. The useful first step is finding out which of these your business actually needs, which is what our DealOps audit is for.
What does it cost to connect the website, CRM and automated follow-up?
Add up the parts: the CRM setup (from about AED 3,500 for a light Zoho setup), each integration (AED 1,500 to 6,000), WhatsApp if you need it (AED 4,000 to 12,000 plus Meta message fees), the licences, and the website itself. Ranges as published by Skimbox in April 2026. The website side is covered in our website cost guide.
Which costs do SMEs tend to forget?
Cleaning the data before migration, WhatsApp message fees, licence upgrades when a feature sits in a higher tier, and the time someone spends administering the system. And the cost of a workflow that stops silently because nobody monitors it.
Is Zoho cheaper than HubSpot to implement?
On the published ranges, usually yes, both for setup and licences. The gap narrows when a Zoho setup grows into many apps and custom workflows, and widens when HubSpot needs Professional or Enterprise tiers. Our comparison of the platforms covers which one fits which kind of business.
Do you publish your own prices for this?
Not for CRM and DealOps work, because the scope varies too much for one honest number. The DealOps audit fee is shared on request and credited against a build that starts within six weeks.
