A web development agency in Dubai that builds more than websites.
Most web design companies in Dubai hand over a site and move on. We build your website as one part of a larger whole: the process behind every enquiry, the data-protection law your licence puts you under, the people who run it, and the clients who use it.
Not just a web design agency
Your website is where four things meet. A design agency usually handles one of them.
Processes. An enquiry from your site lands as a record in your CRM, is assigned and followed up. It does not sit in a shared inbox until someone notices it.
Compliance. Mainland, DIFC or another free zone decides which data-protection law your forms, cookies and analytics answer to. We settle that before the first page is designed.
People. Your team owns the domain and the mailboxes, edits pages without a developer, and can see who answered which enquiry.
Clients. Fast pages, a credible first impression, and forms that say plainly what happens to the details someone leaves with you.
Website development agency or web design company
What changes when the website is built as part of the business.
Many web design companies in Dubai do excellent design work. The difference is what happens around the design: before the build, after an enquiry, and after launch.
| Question | A pure web design company, often | Orentara |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | A website. | A website plus the enquiry process, CRM connection and data-protection setup behind it. |
| After someone presses send | An email to one inbox. | A record in your CRM with the consent attached, assigned and followed up. |
| Data protection | A cookie banner added at the end. | The first question of the build, decided by where your company is licensed. |
| After launch | Hosting and updates as a separate question. | A care plan with every build: hosting, updates, tested backups, policies kept current. |
| How the price is set | Per page or per hour. | One fixed price against a written scope. |
Mainland, DIFC or free zone
In Dubai, your licence decides which law your website answers to.
Where your entity is established decides it, not where your customers are. A mainland company and a DIFC company doing the same work face different rules. We establish the regime first, then build the site to it, and document every decision.
Dubai mainland
Federal PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, supervised by the UAE Data Office.
DIFC
DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, GDPR-modelled, supervised by the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
Other free zones
From DMCC to IFZA: outside DIFC and ADGM, the Federal PDPL is the law your website answers to.

Web development in Dubai, in practice
What we build for Dubai businesses.
Say a Dubai real estate brokerage adds a valuation form and a WhatsApp button. That is two new places where personal data arrives, two places where a lead can get lost, and two things the team has to answer. We build all of it as one system.
Website design and development
A site that looks credible next to established competitors, built on a CMS your team can edit.
Every enquiry captured
Forms and buttons feed your CRM, so no lead depends on someone checking an inbox.
Data protection designed in
Consent before optional tags, plain-language forms, and a documented data map.
Found by people and assistants
Clean structure, schema and sitemaps, so search engines and AI assistants can read the site.
FAQ
Common questions from Dubai businesses
Are you a web design company in Dubai?
We design and develop websites, so yes, but that is half of what we do. We also build the enquiry capture, the CRM connection and the data-protection setup behind the site. If you only need a design, a design studio may suit you better. If the site has to bring in and handle business, that is our work.
Do you build web development projects outside Dubai?
Yes. We build for companies across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi mainland and ADGM. The first step is always the same: which regime your entity sits in.
What does website development in Dubai cost?
It depends on what the site has to do, so we quote one fixed price against a written scope. Our cost guide explains what drives the number and shows the ranges Dubai providers publish. For newly licensed companies there is one fixed-scope build with a published starting price.
How long does it take?
Our builds take about four weeks. Data protection is designed in from the start, so it does not add a phase at the end.
We are a DIFC company. Does that change the website?
Yes. DIFC has its own data-protection law, closer to the GDPR than the federal law. It changes the lawful bases your forms can rely on and how requests from individuals are handled. We build the site to the DIFC rules from the start.
Can you connect the website to the CRM we already use?
Yes. Enquiries go straight into your CRM with the consent record attached, so nobody retypes anything and you can answer later what happened to a person's data.
